1. Bespoke Orders & The iDesign Studio

The iDesign Studio is a collaborative process designed to bring your unique vision to life.

• Consultation & Quotation: Submitting an inquiry through the iDesign Studio does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is only formed once a final design, fabric, and price are agreed upon via our WhatsApp Concierge and a deposit is paid.
• Measurements: Patrons are responsible for providing accurate measurements if they cannot visit our Atelier in person. Parihita is not liable for fit issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the patron.
• Variations: Because our garments are hand-loomed and hand-embroidered by artisans, slight variations in color, weave, and motif placement are hallmarks of authenticity, not defects.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Ready-to-Wear: Full payment is required at the time of checkout for all pieces from the Royal Edit collection.
• Bespoke Creations: A non-refundable advance deposit (as agreed upon during your Concierge consultation) is required to commence work on an iDesign order. The remaining balance must be cleared prior to dispatch.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to garment designs, sketches, logos, photography, and written text (the "Symphony of Silk & Soul" narrative)—is the exclusive property of Parihita and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our designs or website content without express written permission from us.

4. User Conduct & The Muse Gallery

If you submit photographs or reviews to be featured in "The Parihita Muse" gallery, you grant Parihita a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display those images across our marketing channels. You represent that you own the rights to the submitted media.

5. Limitation of Liability

Parihita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our maximum liability to you under any circumstances will not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms, our website, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi NCR.
