The Royal Edit (Ready-to-Wear)
Pieces from our standard collection are dispatched from our Delhi NCR Atelier within 3 to 5 business days.
Once dispatched, standard delivery across India takes approximately 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
Bespoke & iDesign Studio
True heritage takes time. Custom lehengas, bridal dupattas, and bespoke orders are hand-loomed and embroidered specifically for you.
Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for the creation and dispatch of bespoke masterpieces. Your Concierge will provide a specific timeline during your design consultation.
Tracking Your Legacy: Once your creation is entrusted to our premium courier partners, you will receive a WhatsApp notification and email containing your tracking details.
International Shipping: Parihita currently weaves magic for patrons across India. For international bespoke inquiries, please contact our Concierge directly.
Returns & Alterations
We architect memories to your exact specifications. Because of the intimate and personal nature of our craft, our return policy varies by the type of creation.
Standard Collection Returns
If a ready-to-wear piece from our Royal Edit does not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and heritage packaging must be completely intact.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the patron unless the item was received damaged.
The Bespoke Policy (Non-Returnable)
Items created through the iDesign Studio are uniquely yours. Because they are tailored to your specific measurements, color choices, and personal stories, bespoke creations are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
The Perfect Fit Guarantee
We understand that distance measuring can sometimes result in a millimeter's difference. While bespoke items cannot be returned, your satisfaction is our verdict.
If your iDesign creation requires a minor adjustment, Parihita offers one complimentary alteration within 14 days of receiving your garment. Simply reach out to your Concierge on WhatsApp to arrange the logistics.
Damages in Transit
Every Parihita creation undergoes a rigorous, multi-point quality check before it leaves our Atelier. However, if your package arrives tampered with or the garment is damaged in transit:
- Please do not accept the package if the outer seal is clearly broken.
- If the damage is discovered upon opening, contact our Concierge within 48 hours of delivery.
- Kindly share clear photographs or an unboxing video to help us resolve the issue swiftly with our courier partners.
